The VGA Balun has been specifically designed to allow a VGA Monitor to be remotely located from the computer.
The VGA Balun comprises a PC Balun and a Monitor Balun. They must be used together as a pair.
Shielded Category 5e cable terminated in shielded RJ45 Plug must be used to interconnect the 2 units otherwise there will be picture distortion.
