How long after I place my order should I expect delivery?

Confirmed Orders received by 1pm (AET) on business days are expected to be released that same day. Orders received after this time may still make the dispatch run, but cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on your location, orders should be delivered within 1-3 days. Remote locations or bulky orders may take longer. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery Page.

Do you offer courier shipping?

Our major freight providers are Couriers Please, TNT & Toll Priority. In some cases, we will use Australia Post (Express Post). To avoid delivery delays, we suggest that you use a delivery address that is attended during business hours. If you know that there will be no-one to receive the goods, you can choose to allow “Authority to Leave’. We will not be held responsible for any lost / missing packages that are not received in person. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery Page.

What is your returns policy?

Depending on the reason for return, there are a few different conditions that need to be met.

Can I change my mind?

Of course, but we do have a few rules regarding this. Please see our Warranty & Returns page for details.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship overseas. However, there will be additional fees involved. If you are outside of Australia, please contact us to discuss your options.

Do you price match?

We will always try to provide the best possible price that we can on our products. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, contact us with the details and we will try.

Do you have a showroom where we can view the stock?

Should you like to view a product before purchase, then we can arrange this at our warehouse in Minto. We suggest you contact us in advance to ensure that it is available in stock. The office is attended from 8am – 4pm on Monday through Friday. We are not open on weekends.

Why can’t I see prices on the website?

To view prices on the website, you will need register & be logged in correctly.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa/MasterCard, Paypal or EFT directly into our bank account. Orders will not be released without confirmation of full payment.

What type of warranty is offered on your products?

We offer 12 months warranty on all products as a minimum. If a supplier offers a longer term, then will assist you in processing the RMA claim, in accordance with their policy. For more details, please see our Warranty & Returns page.

I’m not sure of the exact product / solution I need. How can I get help?

We have trained sales staff so you don’t even have to know exactly what you need before you contact us. We can talk you through the problem or process and help you figure out what you need. We are always happy to help.

Do you require a minimum order?

When ordering through our webstore, we do not have a minimum order requirement.
