The above table outlines guidelines for product returns and the circumstances where re-stocking fees may apply. EQL is not bound by these guidelines and any returns and/or fees are subject to our sole discretion. The application form can be found on the second page of this document. All fields are mandatory and serial numbers must be provided for all products. Approved applications will be issued with a unique Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number. The approved RMA document will need to be included with the returned goods, otherwise they will not be accepted.
