EQL Telecommunications - Warranty on ProductsBackgroundEQL Telecommunications ("EQL") is a wholesale supplier of G703 Baluns, Video Baluns coaxial Connectors and Cables to the Telecommunications and Security industries. It is wholly owned by EQL International Marketing Pty Ltd, a company registered in the state of New South Wales, Australia. EQL International Marketing Pty Ltd is the holding company for a number of companies in the EQL group of companies (EQL) which includes EQL Teleconnect and Exico Connectors. EQL International Marketing was established in April 1994 and incorporated in October 2001 with a name change to EQL International Marketing Pty Ltd. EQL's parent company, EQL International Marketing Pty Ltd, is 100% debt free and in a strong position to support its customers with a comprehensive range of products that are specifically tailored for the Telecommunications and CCTV industries. WarrantyEQL Telecommunications warrant its products to be free from defects for 12 calendar months from the date of delivery. In the unlikely event of a defect, the defective product is to be returned to EQL Telecommunications for examination by its Engineers and if the defect is due to manufacturing and not misuse or abuse, EQL Telecommunications will replace the defective part at no cost to the Purchaser.Defective or Wrong Product on ArrivalClaims for defective or wrong shipment of a product must be made within 7 days of delivery. Replacement of the product will require the Purchaser to return the product to EQL Telecommunications at its business address prior to the replacement product being shipped. In the event of a wrong product being ordered by the Purchaser, approval for exchanging the product must be obtained from EQL Telecommunications prior to the goods being returned, which approval will be at the sole discretion of EQL Telecommunications.Defective or Wrong Product on ArrivalClaims for Defective or shipment of a wrong product must be made within 7 days of delivery.
