EQL - Warranty on Products
Background
EQL is a wholesale supplier of G703 Baluns,
Network Products, IP Cameras, Video Baluns coaxial
Connectors and Cables to the Telecommunications and Security
industries. It is wholly owned by EQL International Marketing
Pty Ltd, a company registered in the state of New South Wales,
Australia. EQL International Marketing Pty Ltd is the holding
company for a number of companies in the EQL group of companies (EQL)
which includes EQL Telecommunications, EQL Networks & Security,
EQL Teleconnect and Exico Connectors. EQL
International Marketing was established in April 1994 and
incorporated in October 2001 with a name change to EQL International
Marketing Pty Ltd. The company has since enjoyed strong growth
through adopting a strict set of quality disciplines and policies to
achieve total customer satisfaction, maintaining highly competitive
pricing, investment in R&D and forming key strategic
partnerships as well as developing a strong and growing world wide
distribution network.
EQL Telecommunications has been
formed to focus on the Telecommunications segment and EQL Networks &
Security on IP Networks and CCTV connectivity
market both within Australia and Internationally where its parent
company has been operating successfully for over 12 years.
EQL's parent company, EQL
International Marketing Pty Ltd, is 100% debt free and in a strong
position to support its customers with a comprehensive range of
products that are specifically tailored for the Telecommunications,
IT and CCTV industries.
Warranty
EQL warrant its products to
be free from defects for 12 calendar months from the date of delivery. In
the unlikely event of a defect, the defective product is to be returned to
EQL for examination by its Engineers and if the defect is
due to manufacturing and not misuse or abuse, EQL will either repair
or replace the defective part at no cost to the Purchaser.
Defective or Wrong Product on Arrival
Claims for defective or wrong shipment of a
product must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be
registered with EQL for issue of an RMA number. Replacement of the product
will require the Purchaser to return the product to EQL at its business address prior to the replacement product being
shipped. In
the event of a wrong product being ordered by the Purchaser, approval for
exchanging the product must be obtained from EQL prior to
the goods being returned, which approval will be at the sole discretion of EQL.
Returned Part Not Defective
Where goods are returned as faulty by the
Purchaser and they have been found to be not faulty as claimed, a minimum fee
of $50.00 may be charged to cover the cost of testing plus a courier charge
for returning the product to the Purchaser.
